It's starting to come together
So I received my first hat the other day from Liz. I'm super excited that people are interested in the cause!
I also got a call today from Susan. She is going to be sending me some hats.
Thank you everyone for your interest in this cause! It means a LOT to me and to the people who receive these hats.

The hats for my dear friend Doreen
I've made these hats for my friend Doreen. Without her, I would have never known of Head Huggers. I stumbled upon it while looking for a hat pattern to maker for her. I look forward to making more people happy by making lots of hats!

Just Starting out
Hello
Thank you for coming to my website. I have become part of this as I have a very close friend to me struggling with breast cancer. I had made her a couple of hats, and in my search for finding patterns, I happened upon the Head Huggers website. I wanted to take part. There is another group on Vancouver Island also doing the same thing! I am so excited to be a part of this. If anyone would like to help me, it would be greatly appreciated. All you would need to do is make hats, or send yarn or even money to help with shipping costs, it would be greatly appreciated.
I want to help as many people as possible. These hats will be free to all people who are in need of them.
It's just me right now and I can't afford to make too many by myself, but over time i'm sure there will be many coming in. If anyone would like to request some hats for someone they know, please feel free to contact me.
